About the position

As a Sales Enablement Manager at NICE, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the capabilities of our Channel Partners through targeted enablement programs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve partnering closely with Channel leadership and the Channel Sales Enablement team to identify and prioritize the enablement needs of our Channel Partners. This includes developing comprehensive onboarding processes, refining channel sales development tools, and ensuring ongoing support and assessment for our partners. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including NICE CX Enablement and Channel leaders, to design, implement, and operationalize sales-related enablement programs tailored for specific channel learners across all partner types. The enablement programs you create will utilize a variety of formats, including eLearning modules, webinars, experiential exercises, workshops, and classroom-based training sessions, as well as product demonstrations as needed. You will ensure that the onboarding program is well-organized and aligns with the respective Channel groups, providing a seamless experience for new partners. Additionally, you will work with the Enablement team to generate reporting and analytics related to designated enablement tasks, providing valuable insights to Sales Leadership. Your role will also involve supporting the software and program enablement needs of the Channel Sales team, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge necessary to succeed in their roles. To excel in this position, you will need a combination of sales expertise and enablement experience, along with strong strategic thinking skills to navigate complex issues and develop frameworks that facilitate organizational understanding and decision-making. Your ability to interpret and distill requests from the field into impactful deliverables will be crucial, as will your collaboration and negotiation skills with both internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities

  • Partner with Channel leadership and Channel Sales Enablement to identify and prioritize Channel Partner focused enablement needs.
  • Collaborate with NICE CX Enablement and Channel leaders to design, implement, deliver, and operationalize sales-related enablement programs.
  • Develop and deliver enablement programs in various formats including eLearning, webinars, workshops, and product demonstrations.
  • Ensure the onboarding program is organized and aligns with the respective Channel groups.
  • Provide reporting and analytics related to designated enablement tasks to Sales Leadership.
  • Support software and program enablement needs related to the Channel Sales team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years direct SaaS sales, customer success or Sales/Revenue Enablement experience.
  • Demonstrated success within rapidly emerging technology companies.
  • Polished and impactful presenter.
  • Working experience in supporting Channel Partner Sales programs.
  • Ability to partner with VP of Sales Enablement and Channel Sales Enablement to impact training and revenue generation.
  • Assist in the development of content focused on all training areas.
  • Combination of Sales Expertise and Enablement experience with facilitation.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to understand complex issues and develop frameworks for organizational understanding.
  • Strong customer success and sales orientation with the ability to interpret requests from the field into impactful deliverables.
  • Stellar internal and external collaboration and negotiation skills.
  • Unwavering passion, commitment, and persistence to the business customer and technology.
