About the position

The Sales Enablement Specialist will serve as the subject matter expert on all Sales New Hire Onboarding programs globally. This role is responsible for defining and executing the onboarding strategy, managing the creation and maintenance of onboarding curricula, and ensuring customer-facing teams effectively utilize sales tools throughout the customer engagement lifecycle. The position requires collaboration with various teams to create learning content, monitor onboarding effectiveness, and establish metrics for performance measurement.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the onboarding strategy for Sales New Hire Onboarding programs globally.
  • Drive execution of global onboarding programs and communicate business impact.
  • Lead and manage the creation and maintenance of onboarding curricula and practicum.
  • Operationalize how customer-facing teams will utilize sales tools in the customer engagement lifecycle.
  • Assist with onboarding cadences and stay updated on software vendor functionalities.
  • Collaborate with various teams to create and manage learning content for onboarding.
  • Manage a reinforcement plan for onboarding cohorts and ensure competency demonstration by audiences.
  • Work closely with Revenue Operations to monitor and maintain reporting on onboarding effectiveness.
  • Establish relevant metrics to measure and report on onboarding performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a GTM Enablement / Sales Enablement role focusing on onboarding or sales tools deployment.
  • Experience in a quota carrying position is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional written and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects with varying complexity levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to drive insights from large data volumes.
  • Experience in leading a globally dispersed team.
  • Understanding of sales process execution.
  • Experience building and delivering impactful onboarding programs for quota carrying positions.
  • Expertise in using enablement tools such as Docebo and Highspot.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Data-driven mindset; able to use data to measure and optimize enablement efforts.
