About the position

The Sales Enablement Manager at Mirakl plays a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of the sales team by designing, implementing, and continuously improving enablement programs. This position focuses on onboarding new hires and ensuring they are equipped to sell Mirakl's suite of solutions effectively. The role involves collaboration with various teams to align enablement initiatives with the global go-to-market strategy, utilizing advanced tools and technologies, including AI, to enhance the learning experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own, evolve, and execute the onboarding programs for all new hires across the AMERAPAC regions.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts and facilitators for timely delivery of onboarding sessions.
  • Act as the Platform team's point of contact for feedback and insights.
  • Establish a feedback loop with GTM stakeholders through call listening and field input.
  • Utilize GenAI tools to personalize training and ensure just-in-time learning.
  • Encourage best practices and monitor KPIs as the key point of contact for teams.
  • Improve training content and certifications using proficiency in sales methodologies.
  • Track onboarding effectiveness and use data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
  • Provide feedback on new hire performance to hiring managers.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, learning and development, or a related field.
  • Experience in creating onboarding programs that align with company goals.
  • Experience working with AI tools for training personalization and performance tracking.
  • Demonstrated experience managing tools like Gong and HubSpot for sales enablement.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for creating training materials and presentations.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and programs with excellent organizational skills.
  • A relevant Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Experience in the enterprise SaaS or technology industry, with a focus on sales enablement.
  • Proficiency in sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Challenger Sale.
