The Sales Enablement Manager at Hitachi Global Air Power is a pivotal role designed to equip the sales team with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively sell the company's products and services. This role is open to remote or hybrid work arrangements and reports directly to the Sr. Director of Commercial Operations. In this role, the Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering effective sales training programs that focus on target vertical markets, product knowledge, sales effectiveness, and competitive differentiation. The manager will act as a liaison between Product Management and Marketing teams, driving the development of sales collateral tailored for target audiences, including presentations, brochures, product sheets, and competitive analyses. Ensuring that all materials are current and easily accessible to the sales team is a critical aspect of this responsibility. Additionally, the Sales Enablement Manager will evaluate and assist with the implementation of sales enablement tools and technologies, ensuring that the sales team is proficient in using CRM systems, sales analytics, and other relevant tools. Ongoing support to the sales team will include assistance with proposals, presentations, and customer interactions. The manager will also stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, using this information to provide insights and recommendations to the sales team. Performance metrics will be developed and tracked to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives, utilizing data to make informed decisions and improvements.
