About the position

The Sales Enablement Manager at BrightEdge is responsible for developing and facilitating sales enablement programs, focusing on onboarding and ongoing training for Account Executives (AEs). This role requires collaboration with the executive team and sales leaders to create effective content and programs that enhance productivity and sales success. The position emphasizes continuous improvement and data analysis to optimize sales processes and training initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and develop sales enablement programs, focusing on onboarding and ongoing training for AEs.
  • Lead and facilitate Sales On-boarding for new AEs.
  • Build a holistic enablement program for the AE team.
  • Analyze performance trends in data to identify areas for improvement for sales reps and teams.
  • Collaborate with peers to provide feedback and recommendations for ongoing sales success training.
  • Support Sales Kickoff and Leader Offsites by managing programs and building content for breakout sessions.

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of experience in sales enablement or a similar sales support role, preferably in high-tech.
  • 1+ years of sales experience (preferred but not required).
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong ability to design scalable processes.
  • Capability to break down ambiguous problems into manageable components.
  • Continuous drive to optimize processes until the optimal solution is found.
  • Extreme attention to detail in researching and documenting operations.
  • High degree of ownership over work responsibilities.
  • Professional communication skills with various stakeholders.
  • Active listening skills and openness to input from team members.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with SEO tools and digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and performance metrics.
