About the position

The Americas Sales Enablement Manager serves as the primary contact for the enterprise CX Sales team, overseeing day-to-day enablement operations as directed by the Director of Sales Enablement. This role focuses on enabling new sales hires, coordinating training sessions, and aligning operational targets with the strategies set by the VP of Sales Enablement. The position is designed for individuals who thrive in a high-performing, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Present company value proposition training content to various audiences.
  • Schedule weekly training and preparation sessions.
  • Host weekly Americas Enablement Programs.
  • Track and measure sales certifications.
  • Develop creative solutions to problems.
  • Track testing and evaluation procedures.
  • Deliver onsite Sales bootcamps and coordinate with presenters.
  • Maintain familiarity with current teaching materials and recommend their adoption when appropriate.
  • Actively seek ways to improve training content.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales or sales enablement role.
  • Demonstrated understanding of solution demonstrations and training methodologies.
  • Experience in delivering live and/or eLearning training.
  • Contact Center experience or CCaaS preferred.
  • Understanding of Knowledge / Learning Management tools.
  • Knowledge of Conversational AI.

  • Enablement design & facilitation skills/experience.
