About the position

As a Sales Enablement Manager at Kibo, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of the sales team by developing and executing enablement strategies, delivering impactful training, and creating essential sales content. Your expertise will drive revenue growth and improve sales productivity, ensuring the team is well-equipped with the necessary knowledge and resources to succeed in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage a calendar of sales enablement initiatives, training sessions, and product launches, collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams.
  • Develop sales playbooks, training materials, messaging, and case studies tailored to the sales team to effectively engage with prospects and drive revenue growth.
  • Stay informed on sales trends, market research, and competitor strategies to equip sales teams with the latest insights and positioning tactics.
  • Deliver regular training sessions to sales teams, focusing on tools, product knowledge, and effective selling techniques, while providing ongoing support for strategic sales initiatives.
  • Create and refine sales assets such as pitch decks, one-pagers, training videos, customer success stories, and ROI metrics to enhance sales productivity and deal effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related role in an order management/supply chain environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, particularly in producing materials for sales and marketing organizations.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; ability to synthesize information effectively.
  • Ability to build consultative and collaborative relationships with diverse internal stakeholders and external customers and partners.
  • Ability to understand and distill product capabilities into key customer requirements.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible in approach.
