About the position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Enablement Manager to join our Tax Division. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and driving the execution and continuous improvement of the Sales program. This position reports to the VP of Revenue Operations. As a member of the Sales team, the Sales Enablement Manager works as a program manager, defining strategy, planning, and engaging with Sales and Marketing administration to create efficiencies that increase the productivity and effectiveness of both organizations. The Sales Enablement Manager will work proactively with senior management to identify business challenges, prioritize these challenges, define the scope and approach for the solution, and execute those activities. In this role, you will work alongside Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Leadership to establish Sales and Marketing enablement priorities and project plans. You will develop and implement measures to impact the ramp time and quota attainment of our Sales team. Conducting periodic interviews with key stakeholders will be essential to ensure all new Sales team members are enabled and prepared to hit quota by owning onboarding and ongoing training. You will also drive decision-making on business and technology issues that impact the complex global organization, ensuring the adoption and execution of agreed-upon best practices. Defining the scope and solution approach for targeted initiatives and challenges will be part of your responsibilities, as well as facilitating and leading working sessions and ongoing project governance meetings. Evaluating and implementing tools and testing to granularly track Sales Rep grasp of subject matter and delivering regular performance results to leadership will be crucial to your success. Additionally, you will work with leadership to plan impactful Sales events and trainings.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive the execution and continuous improvement of the Sales program.
  • Define strategy and engage with Sales and Marketing administration to create efficiencies.

  • Own onboarding and ongoing training for new Sales team members to ensure they hit quota.

  • Evaluate and implement tools to track Sales Rep performance and deliver results to leadership.
  • Plan impactful Sales events and trainings.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience leading enterprise-wide business programs.
  • Experience supporting a global sales team (preferred).
  • Experience with Sales and Marketing domain areas strongly preferred (e.g., Sales Operations, Sales, Sales Training, CRM, Sales Portals).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
