About the position

The Sales Enablement Manager at RELEX Solutions is responsible for enhancing the effectiveness of the sales team by developing and delivering training and enablement programs for partners globally, with a focus on the Americas sales team. This role plays a crucial part in driving revenue growth and ensuring that partners are well-equipped to understand and sell RELEX's innovative supply chain and retail planning software.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver onboarding programs and training for new partners.
  • Work with the Alliances team to develop partner enablement programs and identify revenue opportunities.
  • Partner with Americas sales leadership to define regional enablement needs and design programs accordingly.
  • Create and maintain sales and partner enablement resources that are accessible and relevant.
  • Develop and track KPIs to measure the impact of enablement initiatives.
  • Plan and execute training events and support the organization of the annual global Sales Kick-Off.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment in enablement activities.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in sales training, enablement or related field.
  • Understanding of sales methodologies such as MEDDIC and Solution Selling.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer success.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Proven track record of creating and delivering sales training programs.
  • Strong project and change management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to influence and motivate sales teams, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
  • Experience using modern CRM, sales engagement, and e-Learning tools.
  • Experience working at an enterprise SaaS company.
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones to support global teams and partners.

Nice-to-haves

  • Understanding of retail and manufacturing supply chain.
  • Spanish language skills.
