About the position

As a Sales Enablement Manager at our IT Managed Service Provider, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the productivity and success of our revenue teams across ten national brands. This position is integral to the revenue team, focusing on activating and enabling corporate playbooks tailored for each brand. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies that equip the sales force with the necessary knowledge, tools, and resources to effectively engage both current and prospective clients, ultimately driving revenue growth. In this role, you will design, implement, and manage comprehensive training programs for the sales team, emphasizing product knowledge, sales skills, and best practices. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining a library of sales materials, including presentations, case studies, product sheets, and training resources, ensuring that the sales team has access to the most relevant and effective content. Additionally, you will analyze current sales processes and methodologies, recommending and implementing improvements to streamline sales activities and enhance efficiency. Overseeing the selection and management of sales tools, such as CRM systems and sales engagement platforms, will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with marketing, product, and sales leadership will be essential to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives, product launches, and sales activities. You will track and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement programs. As a liaison between the sales team and other departments, you will ensure that sales representatives are informed and equipped with the latest product updates, market intelligence, and competitive insights. Furthermore, you will develop and manage a comprehensive onboarding program for new sales hires, facilitating a smooth transition into the team and promoting rapid productivity.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
  • Analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs.
