About the position

The Sales Enablement Manager at Pexco is a pivotal role designed to enhance the productivity of the sales team throughout the buying journey. This position is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that includes the selection and implementation of a Learning Management System (LMS) and the creation of ongoing training programs. The Sales Enablement Manager will collaborate closely with the product management and sales teams to create effective onboarding content and continuing education materials that are essential for the success of new sellers and the overall sales process. In this role, you will be tasked with creating a detailed sales enablement strategy, including planning and implementation timelines. You will evaluate and recommend the most suitable LMS to facilitate training and development. The position requires the development of onboarding content that focuses on Pexco's product training, internal processes, and available resources. Additionally, you will create content tailored to the ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and personas, outlining effective selling techniques and customer engagement strategies that align with the customer journey. The Sales Enablement Manager will also be responsible for producing diverse training materials that cater to various learning styles, including videos, PowerPoint presentations, process documentation, and assessments. You will work on updating promotional materials and sales presentations, incorporating feedback from sales and product management teams. Furthermore, you will provide insights into optimizing Salesforce processes and train sellers and customer support staff on best practices for accurate reporting and forecasting. An essential part of this role is measuring the impact of enablement programs and continuously optimizing them to ensure maximum effectiveness. This position is crucial for driving sales productivity and ensuring that the sales team is well-equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools to succeed in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

  • Create the sales enablement strategy, plan, and implementation timelines.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement a learning management system.
  • Develop onboarding content for new sellers focusing on Pexco product training, internal processes, and resources.
  • Create content for ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and personas, outlining effective selling techniques and customer engagement strategies.
  • Develop training materials that address different learning styles, including video, PowerPoint, process documentation, and assessments.
  • Update promotional materials and sales presentations with input from sales and product management.
  • Provide input on effective Salesforce processes and train sellers and customer support on leveraging this tool for accurate reporting and forecasting.
  • Leverage training content into customer-facing materials for marketing campaigns, including videos, social media, and blogs.
  • Measure the impact of enablement programs and optimize them for effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Preferred experience in sales or extensive experience working with sellers.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Attention to detail and highly effective planning, organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and exercise judgment in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
