About the position

As a Sales Enablement Manager at Artlist, you will be responsible for driving the success of the Sales department through the implementation of a comprehensive sales enablement plan. This role involves developing onboarding and training programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing the knowledge base to ensure that the sales team is well-equipped to meet their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver engaging onboarding programs for new sales hires.
  • Design and facilitate ongoing training sessions for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with AE and AM teams to create training materials for post-sale support.
  • Develop self-service training materials and resources for sales representatives.
  • Work closely with Product, Product Marketing, and Customer Support departments to incorporate insights into sales enablement initiatives.
  • Manage the sales-related sections of the knowledge base.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, especially in closing new business.
  • 1-3+ years of SaaS sales enablement experience in tech companies with numerous sales representatives.
  • Native-level English proficiency.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and content authoring tools is a plus.
