About the position

The Sales Enablement Manager at Cresta plays a crucial role in executing the overall Enablement program, collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership to ensure the GTM team is well-equipped to serve customers effectively. This position involves managing the end-to-end delivery of enablement programming, from ideation to measurement and communication, thereby enhancing the productivity and effectiveness of the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain sales training materials, including presentations and reference documents
  • Lead the organization and execution of sales training programming
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives
  • Communicate with key stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery and stakeholder awareness
  • Manage logistical aspects of sales enablement tools and platforms, such as content & learning management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a Sales, CS, or Enablement role at a high growth technology company
  • Excellent organizational skills and a deep-seated desire to bring structure and organization to the chaos of a fast moving start-up
  • Experience managing complex and challenging projects and ensuring they are delivered effectively
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • A proactive approach and a genuine curiosity for how AI can solve key challenges within the contact center
