About the position

The Sales Enablement Manager at Alkami Technology is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance the sales team's effectiveness and drive sales success. This role requires collaboration across various departments, including marketing and product teams, to align messaging and goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales enablement within the FinTech industry, with a focus on training, performance analysis, and resource development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales enablement strategies to support Alkami's sales goals.
  • Create and manage training programs for the sales team, including onboarding, product knowledge, and sales skills development.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align messaging, strategies, and goals.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Design and maintain sales playbooks, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant.
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to sales representatives to enhance their effectiveness.
  • Develop and distribute sales collateral, tools, and resources to support the sales process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Lead initiatives to improve sales productivity and efficiency through process improvements and technology adoption.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales enablement at a SaaS company.
  • Experience working with New Logo and Account Management in a Sales Enablement capacity.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in sales enablement platforms and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Force Management sales methodology experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different departments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and act on opportunities and challenges.
  • Experience in developing and executing sales training programs.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Ability to design and implement sales playbooks.
  • Familiarity with content creation and management for sales collateral.
  • Competency in using data analytics tools to measure and optimize sales enablement strategies.
  • Proven ability to drive alignment between sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
