About the position

In this role, you will be a builder, excited to shape the future of sales learning at Juniper Square. You will own the Sales Enablement function, focusing on onboarding, training, and leveling up our sales team. This position serves as the connective tissue between various developments across the company and the enablement programs that help our front-line sellers work effectively with prospects. You will not need to be an expert in our industry or products initially, but you should enjoy untangling complexity and turning it into clear, actionable training.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the Sales Enablement function, setting and actioning a vision for onboarding, training, and continuous learning across GTM teams.
  • Design and manage onboarding programs for new hires, including role-specific syllabi, knowledge checks, and readiness assessments.
  • Collaborate with managers and SMEs to curate and refine training content, turning complex inputs into clear and engaging learning experiences.
  • Translate business changes into actionable sales training and enablement materials.
  • Identify and close knowledge gaps by monitoring sales performance and launching targeted learning programs.
  • Support frontline coaching by surfacing insights from call libraries and enabling managers to drive effective rep development.
  • Manage and maintain learning systems, ensuring resources are well-organized, current, and accessible.
  • Leverage AI to synthesize source material, accelerate content creation, extract insights, and personalize learning.

Requirements

  • Exceptional ability to translate large volumes of complex information into clear, engaging, and actionable content.
  • Proven project management and organizational skills; comfortable balancing multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for clarity and conciseness.
  • Collaborative approach with demonstrated success working cross-functionally, ideally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools to accelerate content creation and synthesize complex inputs.
  • A learning-oriented mindset — curious, proactive, and eager to deeply understand new subjects and processes.
