In this role, you will be a builder, excited to shape the future of sales learning at Juniper Square. You will own the Sales Enablement function, focusing on onboarding, training, and leveling up our sales team. This position serves as the connective tissue between various developments across the company and the enablement programs that help our front-line sellers work effectively with prospects. You will not need to be an expert in our industry or products initially, but you should enjoy untangling complexity and turning it into clear, actionable training.
