About the position

The Sales Enablement Manager at Press Ganey is responsible for leading the onboarding programs for new sales hires globally. This role involves defining and executing the onboarding strategy, managing the creation of curricula, and ensuring that customer-facing teams effectively utilize sales tools throughout the customer engagement lifecycle. The position requires collaboration with various teams to develop learning content and monitor the effectiveness of onboarding initiatives through relevant metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on all Sales New Hire Onboarding programs globally.
  • Define and own the onboarding strategy, driving execution of global programs and communicating business impact.
  • Lead and manage the creation and maintenance of onboarding curricula and practicum.
  • Operationalize how customer-facing teams will utilize sales tools in the customer engagement lifecycle.
  • Assist with cadences and stay updated on upcoming functionality from the software vendor.
  • Collaborate with various teams to create and manage learning content for onboarding.
  • Manage a reinforcement plan for onboarding cohorts and ensure competency demonstration with Field Leadership.
  • Work closely with Revenue Operations to monitor and maintain reporting on onboarding effectiveness.
  • Establish relevant metrics to measure and report on performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a GTM Enablement / Sales Enablement role focusing on onboarding or sales tools deployment.
  • Experience in a quota carrying position is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional written and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects with varying complexity levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to sort through large volumes of data to drive insights and results.
  • Experience in leading a globally dispersed team.
  • Understanding of sales process execution.
  • Experience building and delivering impactful onboarding programs for quota carrying positions.
  • Expertise in using enablement tools such as Docebo and Highspot.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Data-driven mindset; able to use data to measure and optimize enablement efforts.
