About the position

The Americas Sales Enablement Manager at NICE is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the enterprise CX Sales team, focusing on enabling new sales hires and aligning operational targets with the strategies defined by the VP of Sales Enablement. This role involves presenting training content, scheduling training sessions, and delivering onsite Sales Bootcamps, all aimed at enhancing the sales team's effectiveness and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Presents company value proposition training content to large and small audiences.
  • Schedules weekly training and prep sessions.
  • Hosts weekly Americas Enablement Programs.
  • Tracks and measures sales certifications.
  • Develops creative solutions to problems.
  • Tracks testing and evaluation procedures.
  • Delivers onsite Sales Bootcamps, scheduling sessions and coordinating with presenters.
  • Maintains familiarity with current texts, materials, teaching aids, and techniques relative to courses and recommends their adoption when appropriate.
  • Actively seeks ways to improve content.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 years experience in sales or sales enablement role.
  • Demonstrated understanding of solution demonstrations and training methodologies.
  • Experience in delivering live and/or eLearning training.
  • Contact Center experience or CCaaS preferred.
  • Understanding of Knowledge / Learning Management tools.
  • Knowledge of Conversational AI.

  • Enablement/training/coaching experience.
  • Enablement design & facilitation skills/experience.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Pre-Sales and Demonstration Experience.
