Intercom's Global Sales Organization is rapidly evolving, and the GTM Enablement team is expanding to support this growth. Our mission is to empower Intercom sellers with compelling stories, deep knowledge, and essential go-to-market skills that drive meaningful engagement with prospective buyers. As a Sales Enablement Manager based in Chicago, IL, you will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful training programs for the North America and LATAM regions. This role requires close collaboration with Senior Enablement Managers to support GTM motions from Operations, Business Systems, and Product Marketing, ensuring seamless education and change management throughout the field. In this position, you will develop sales training programs and materials aimed at enhancing the skills of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Account Executives (AEs), and Relationship Managers. You will work in partnership with Sales Managers and Directors to align training initiatives with leadership's strategic goals. A key component of your responsibilities will be to own and develop the content management strategy, while also partnering with Product Marketing to ensure that launch assets meet the needs of the field. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Sales Enablement, you will own and drive Intercom's enablement activities and programs in North America and LATAM. Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with Product Marketing to tailor launch assets for successful product launches, developing and executing a content management strategy for effective distribution of sales and customer success content, and scoping knowledge gaps to assess the right enablement approach. You will manage communications and calendars related to training programs, design and deliver education programs using blended learning methods, facilitate training sessions both in-person and virtually, and implement effective post-training communications and access to resources. Additionally, you will onboard new sales team members, implement metrics to assess training effectiveness, provide regular feedback to stakeholders, and develop high-quality training materials that drive sales performance. As a resource for the sales team, you will provide ongoing support, coaching, and mentoring to ensure successful adoption of training programs and continuous skill development. You will also lead enablement programming as the single-threaded owner for global initiatives and tiger teams where needed.
