About the position

The Sales Enablement Manager at PG Forsta is responsible for leading the global onboarding programs for new sales hires, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles. This position involves defining and executing onboarding strategies, managing curricula, and collaborating with various teams to enhance the learning experience. The role emphasizes the importance of data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of onboarding initiatives and improve overall sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on all Sales New Hire Onboarding programs globally.
  • Define and own the onboarding strategy, drive execution of global programs and communicate business impact.
  • Lead and manage the creation and maintenance of onboarding curricula and practicum.
  • Operationalize the use of sales tools for customer-facing teams in the customer engagement lifecycle.
  • Assist with cadences and stay updated on software vendor functionalities.
  • Collaborate with various teams to create and manage learning content for onboarding.
  • Manage a reinforcement plan for onboarding cohorts.
  • Work with Field Leadership to ensure competency demonstration among audiences.
  • Monitor and maintain reporting on onboarding effectiveness with Revenue Operations partners.
  • Establish relevant metrics to measure and report on performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a GTM Enablement / Sales Enablement role focusing on onboarding or sales tools deployment.
  • Experience in a quota carrying position is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional written and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects with varying complexity levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to sort through large volumes of data and drive insights and results.
  • Experience in leading a globally dispersed team.
  • Understanding of sales process execution.
  • Experience building and delivering impactful onboarding programs for quota carrying positions.
  • Expertise in using enablement tools such as Docebo and Highspot.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.
  • Having a change mindset.
  • Data-driven mindset; able to use data to measure and optimize enablement effort.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.
