About the position

Courser, an IT Managed Service Provider (MSP), is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to join our dynamic revenue team. This pivotal role involves managing essential functions that activate and enable corporate playbooks across our ten national brands. The Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for optimizing the productivity and success of our sales teams by developing and implementing strategies that equip them with the right knowledge, tools, and resources to effectively engage both current and prospective clients, ultimately driving revenue growth. In this role, you will design, implement, and manage comprehensive training programs for the sales team, focusing on enhancing product knowledge, sales skills, and best practices. You will also be tasked with creating and maintaining a library of sales materials, including presentations, case studies, product sheets, and training resources, ensuring that the sales force has access to the most relevant and effective content. Additionally, you will analyze current sales processes and methodologies, recommending and implementing improvements to streamline activities and increase efficiency. Overseeing the selection and management of sales tools, such as CRM systems and sales engagement platforms, will also be a key responsibility. Collaboration with marketing, product, and sales leadership is essential to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives, product launches, and sales activities. Performance monitoring will be a critical aspect of your role, as you will track and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement programs. You will serve as the liaison between the sales team and other departments, ensuring that sales representatives are informed and equipped with the latest product updates, market intelligence, and competitive insights. Furthermore, you will develop and manage a comprehensive onboarding program for new sales hires, facilitating a smooth transition into the team and promoting rapid productivity.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
  • Analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
