Sendbird is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager who will be instrumental in developing and delivering effective training content and onboarding programs for our global sales and customer success teams. This role is pivotal in driving revenue by ensuring that our teams are well-informed about our product offerings, enhancing their selling skills, and maximizing the use of our sales technology. The ideal candidate will be a creative and process-oriented individual who is passionate about empowering others to achieve success and engagement in their roles. As part of the Revenue Operations team, the Sales Enablement Manager will report directly to the Head of Sales Operations and Enablement. This position requires in-office work three days a week at our San Mateo location. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Global Sales Operations and Enablement to implement and deliver enablement programs that enhance the performance of both the Sales and Customer Success organizations. You will work alongside Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment in sales training and related initiatives. Your responsibilities will include creating and delivering onboarding and continuous learning curricula that boost the effectiveness of the sales team, identifying metrics to measure the impact and efficacy of enablement programs, and maintaining a well-organized repository of shared content. Additionally, you will coordinate and manage sales enablement events, such as quarterly sales gatherings and annual sales kick-offs, and build a standardized certification program framework. The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to help others succeed, demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills. You should be adaptable to a fast-paced environment, capable of managing multiple priorities with a sense of responsibility and resourcefulness.
