We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Sales Enablement Manager to manage the sales support department, which includes the supervision, coordination, direction, and evaluation of all sales support department activities. The selected individual will lead the strategic growth and application of the sales enablement team, which provides sales leaders and account executives with pre-sales and post-sales customer success management to drive growth and success for the CCI Commercial sales organization. This role requires partnering with the sales team and broader support organization to develop and execute impactful solutions for transforming the sales process. Success will be measured by the overall business impact of these solutions and cross-functional collaboration. The Sales Enablement Manager will need to possess high-level interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to establish and maintain positive working relationships with numerous internal and external parties. This position may be located remotely, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements.

Responsibilities

  • Envision, develop and execute sales enablement strategy to identify how to add the most value for the organization and customer/partner base.
  • Work with cross-functional peers throughout the company to develop success-based models that support commercial revenue growth, end customer experience, and Partner One Agent experience.
  • Oversee the daily workflow of sales requests and orders.
  • Determine sales enablement priorities, efficiencies, and best practices with sales leadership stakeholders.
  • Serve as a liaison between sales, care, marketing, sales engineering, and product teams by managing projects, migrations, and serving as the voice of sales and commercial customers.
  • Create communication channels to maintain a constant cycle of review and collaboration with direct and cross-functional teams.
  • Continually lead, challenge, and identify gaps within the current sales and delivery processes.
  • Manage the development of tools and support structure to improve sales workflows maximizing ROI for CCI.
  • Lead collaboration with the Commercial training team to create training courses and documentation.
  • Drive accountability within the Sales and Enablement teams to achieve defined KPIs.
  • Create annual and five-year strategic plan of evolution.

Requirements

  • Demonstrates ability to effectively communicate and build relationships at all internal and external organizational levels across our entire geography.
  • Strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools, and training.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Able to foster and maintain internal relationships with managers and above throughout the company.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3+ years' experience in a high-performance sales organization in sales, enablement, or learning and development.
  • 1+ years managerial experience.
