About the position

The Sales Enablement Manager will support the growing Sales team at DataSnipper by maintaining and improving the quality of the sales organization. This role involves developing, implementing, and enhancing sales processes and materials to drive success. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a strategic mindset, analytical skills, and a passion for coaching and improving sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales enablement programs to improve sales team effectiveness
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of sales team performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and deliver sales training programs, including onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing sales team members
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales messaging and positioning and create sales enablement materials
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to the sales team to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed
  • Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure the sales team has access to the resources they need to succeed
  • Become an invaluable resource for Sales Leadership, helping with performance reporting and owning Sales documentation
  • Support annual planning activities and execution (headcount planning, quota allocation, territory design)

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of sales enablement experience in the SaaS industry
  • Experience building and maintaining excellent relationships within organizations
  • Experience in developing and implementing playbooks and sales strategies, and using qualification frameworks
  • Experience in change management and coaching
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to executives and key decision-makers
  • Great interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
  • Proactive mindset and excellent project and time management skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work effectively in an ever-changing scale-up environment
