About the position

As a Sales Enablement Manager at ServiceTitan, you will play a crucial role in building the knowledge, competencies, and job skills of our Titans, enabling them to deliver exceptional value in every interaction with prospects and customers. Your primary objective will be to shorten the ramp time to productivity for new hires by creating, executing, and continually optimizing the new hire onboarding program. You will set clear expectations from the outset and lead teams of new hires throughout their training period, holding them accountable for meeting their job responsibilities. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving teams to peak performance against key metrics such as close rates, cycle times, activations, NPS, and product utilization. This will involve identifying gaps in competencies and developing targeted programs to address these gaps, which may include one-on-one coaching or adapting the overall training program to resolve systemic issues. In addition to onboarding, you will be responsible for building and training to playbooks that reinforce the value and outcomes we aim to deliver to our prospects and customers. A deep understanding of our customers' needs and values will be essential as you translate this knowledge into all enablement programs. You will also inform go-to-market requirements and adoption programs, which will include internal communications and change management strategies. Your role will require you to activate changes in product, process, systems, and tools across the organization, orchestrating the creation and execution of programs by leveraging resources and fostering strong cross-functional partnerships with leadership, talent acquisition, product marketing, and more. To measure performance and drive improvement, you will leverage technology such as CRMs, LMS platforms, and eLearning software. Additionally, you will develop further learning opportunities, both formal training and on-the-job experiences, to support skills development at various stages of career progression. This position is designed for someone who has a proven track record in enablement and training success, particularly in a high-growth organization, and who possesses the ability to demonstrate impact in their previous roles.
