About the position

The Sales Enablement Manager at LogicGate is responsible for developing and enabling the Field Operations organization within the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) technology platform. This role focuses on enhancing the skills and effectiveness of teams such as Sales, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success, ultimately driving revenue growth and improving customer engagement. The position requires creativity, strong communication skills, and a collaborative approach to training and development.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary team member for enablement of the Field Operations organization.
  • Evaluate existing enablement tools, initiatives, content, and delivery methods.
  • Develop and deliver core training and learning priorities in partnership with Field Operations leadership and Subject Matter Experts.
  • Enable frontline Field Operations managers to execute effective coaching for better customer conversions and deal execution.
  • Act as a liaison between Field Operations and Product teams for alignment on new features and customer-facing communication.
  • Gather regular feedback from the Field Operations team to improve support programs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a dedicated Sales Enablement role.
  • 4+ years of work experience in a Sales or customer-facing role.
  • Experience in curriculum development, training, and delivery.
  • Proven track record of crafting programs that measurably increase team skill sets.
  • Creativity to implement and test new training solutions and measure results.
  • Highly collaborative to engage cross-functional partners effectively.
  • Knowledge of Sales/Customer Enablement tooling and Sales Methodologies (MEDDPIC, Challenger, Sandler, CVI, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust plans for unexpected changes.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the GRC industry.
  • Familiarity with various training delivery methods.
