The Sales Enablement Manager will be instrumental in driving best practices for sales enablement across the organization. This role involves creating and managing a comprehensive learning management system (LMS), developing onboarding programs for new hires, and crafting effective sales playbooks. The ideal candidate will have exceptional skills in sales training, content creation, and strategic planning, combined with the ability to be a thought leader in the sales enablement domain. Additionally, this role will support sales pitches, facilitate role plays, and work closely with the sales team to ensure they are equipped for success. Key Responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives. The Sales Enablement Manager will continuously assess and refine enablement programs to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the sales team. They will design and manage a state-of-the-art LMS to provide ongoing education and development for the sales team, creating and curating engaging and relevant training content, including videos, courses, and assessments. Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of training programs will also be a critical part of this role. The manager will develop and lead a structured onboarding program for new sales hires to ensure a smooth and effective integration into the company, providing continuous training and professional development opportunities for the sales team. They will facilitate workshops, role-playing sessions, and other training activities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. Furthermore, the role involves creating and maintaining comprehensive sales playbooks that outline best practices, sales processes, and effective strategies, as well as developing tools, templates, and resources that support the sales team in their daily activities. Collaboration is key in this position, as the Sales Enablement Manager will work closely with sales leadership to develop compelling sales pitches and presentations, conduct role-playing sessions and mock sales calls, and provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve sales performance. Staying current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in sales enablement and legal technology is essential, as is serving as a thought leader within the company, sharing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement. The manager will also represent the company at industry events, webinars, and conferences as a subject matter expert when needed, ensuring alignment and consistency in messaging and strategy across cross-functional teams.
