About the position

The Sales Enablement Manager at Viant is responsible for enhancing the effectiveness of the Sales and Account Management teams by managing stakeholder relationships and supporting go-to-market strategies for product and feature releases. This role involves collaboration with various departments to ensure that sales teams are well-informed and equipped with the necessary tools and training to succeed in their roles.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization to understand initiatives and products that sales needs to know.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support go-to-market efforts, providing input on messaging, positioning, and sales collateral development.
• Support the prioritization of sales enablement and training requests to keep teams focused on key initiatives.
• Manage the content for monthly national sales calls, ensuring the information is relevant and concise for the audience.
• Support Viant's annual sales conference with logistics and content management, ensuring speakers meet deadlines and content is relatable.
• Maintain the onboarding program in the Learning Management System (LMS) and create specific e-learnings for go-to-market products.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of relevant experience in advertising, communications, or marketing.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Knowledge of the Digital/Programmatic Advertising space, including different attribution models.
• Experience with effective Sales Enablement or Learning & Development approaches.
• Background in managing stakeholders to build effective Go-to-Market and Internal Communications strategies.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience educating advertising agencies on how to sell a product to clients.
• Experience with a learning management system, specifically in creating e-learning programs.
