About the position

The Sales Enablement Manager at Leap LLC is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the sales team. This role focuses on training, content creation, and optimizing sales processes within the SaaS industry, aiming to support the growth of the sales team and drive revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the sales enablement strategy to support revenue goals.
• Design and lead training programs for onboarding new sales team members and continuous development for existing members.
• Collaborate with sales leaders to identify and address skills gaps.
• Create and curate impactful sales collateral in collaboration with marketing and product teams.
• Analyze current sales processes and implement scalable solutions for improvement.
• Oversee the implementation and use of sales tools and CRM, ensuring optimal usage.
• Collect, analyze, and provide feedback on sales performance metrics to inform strategy and guide improvements.
• Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a similar role in a SaaS environment.
• Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, processes, and best practices.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales enablement programs.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in performance metrics, reporting, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across the organization.
• Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
