About the position

The Manager, Sales Enablement - Residential, is responsible for leading and empowering the sales teams to be more effective and successful. The primary focus is on providing tools, resources, training, and support to achieve sales targets across the residential teams of inbound sales, field sales and indirect sales. This role will play a pivotal role in optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales processes. This will include analyzing sales data, implementing cross-channel collaboration and process, and providing support to the sales team to ensure seamless operations and increased sales productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Sales Support specialists.
  • Partner with various leaders to identify gaps in knowledge and potential solutions to improve sales productivity.
  • Work with new hire classes as needed to ensure training is completed. Lead Academy Bay efforts post training period.
  • Responsible for sales support functions including quality controls checks through call monitoring, reviewing audit findings, call behavior analysis and identifying areas to improve customer experience.
  • Review service level targets and engage with the RCC leaders if targets are not being met to recommend immediate action based on agent availability.
  • Web lead monitoring: Review webleads worked by channel, review trends and opportunities.
  • Provide leadership support for Saturday shifts.
  • Monitor MDU and market expansion penetration.
  • Assist with turf loading for the supervisors and turf management analysis.
  • Distribute web leads to the supervisors using macros to filter out pending/installed.
  • Monitor cancel, helds, pending installs; assist with rescue tickets when supervisors are out in the field.
  • Process credits.
  • Order marketing materials such as flyers and business cards per supervisor, review marketing materials, and review ordering for efficiency and cost savings.
  • Collaborate cross-team with program management and learning and development on upcoming initiatives.
  • Partner with sales leaders to identify sales trends, best practices and impactful solutions to drive sales performance and coordination of product knowledge training and sales recertification across teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of leadership experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5 years' sales and leadership experience required.
  • Excellent communication skills including active listening skills, the ability to communicate effectively over the telephone and ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience are critical to this role.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as product information, training materials, and company policies.
  • Ability to multi-task and function effectively and consistently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must possess a high level of initiative along with the ability to follow through on completion of duties and responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • Must be a self-starter able to work in a team environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Microsoft M365
  • Familiarity with ICOMS and/or USHA billing systems
  • Experience with Salesforce and CRM analytics.
