About the position

As a Sales Enablement Marketing Manager at SPX Technologies, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between marketing and sales teams to drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and brand perception. Your primary responsibility will be to strategically collaborate with and equip the sales team with the right tools, content, resources, and training they need to effectively engage prospects and close deals. You will work closely with various teams to develop and deliver strategies that enhance sales success and improve customer interactions, while also increasing Genfare's brand visibility and reputation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales enablement strategies in collaboration with sales leadership.
  • Manage the execution of tradeshows and user group events to prepare sales teams for customer interactions.
  • Implement and manage CRM systems and sales automation platforms to streamline sales processes.
  • Gather market research and competitive insights to inform sales teams of market trends and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to provide necessary resources for sales.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize enablement programs.
  • Develop and manage sales tools, resources, and marketing collateral that resonate with target audiences.
  • Design and deliver ongoing sales training programs focused on product knowledge and sales methodologies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales enablement marketing or a similar role, ideally in B2G or SaaS industries.
  • Experience creating and managing marketing collateral, content, and training materials.

Nice-to-haves

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and deliver actionable insights to improve sales performance.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced tech or SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of increasing sales productivity through enablement programs.
