About the position

The Sales Enablement Program Manager at LexisNexis is responsible for enhancing the sales skills of new hires and experienced representatives, as well as improving non-sales roles to achieve cost and time savings. This role involves supporting the launch of new products and training initiatives, ensuring effective communication and knowledge transfer across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with leadership to identify training needs.
  • Providing recommendations for programs that should be implemented with new hires and experienced employees across multiple functions.
  • Developing, planning, and delivering training to large audiences on sales and non-sales topics.
  • Preparing documentation to be provided to participants after training programs are completed.
  • Identifying subject matter experts, coordinating the planning of training programs, and facilitating the delivery of classes.
  • Monitoring and evaluating training programs, analyzing results, and implementing enhancements to ensure the effectiveness of all classes and programs.
  • Reporting results and developing executive summaries at key intervals and at the conclusion of sales training/program initiatives.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to create internal sales enablement resources to drive knowledge transfer and instill salesforce confidence.
  • Managing and implementing process improvements and innovation for enterprise-wide sales communication and content repository platform.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering highly engaging, high impact enablement resources and training for sales audiences.
  • Possess solid business acumen and understanding of sales process and B2B buying engagements.
  • Be proficient in latest enablement trends, technologies, tactics, and methodologies.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, and excellent communication skills both written and oral.
  • Be adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and priorities at any given time.
  • Be self-motivated and highly driven to produce results.
