Responsibilities

  • Manage internal and third-party programs, training sessions, and strategic sales meetings.
  • Engage with stakeholders to identify needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Create and execute various sales communications and manage global team mailboxes.
  • Consolidate and analyze data to identify trends and drive decision-making.
  • Administer tools including SharePoint, Smartsheet, and Survey Monkey.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and manage the procurement process.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement or a similar role in a software or technical organization.
  • Strong understanding of high-performance sales organizations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute tasks on time and within budget.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Smartsheet.
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Project or program management designations are a plus.
