About the position

The Sales Enablement Program Manager at RELX Inc. is responsible for enhancing the sales skills of new hires, experienced representatives, and managers. This role focuses on improving non-sales roles to achieve cost and time savings while increasing job satisfaction. The manager will also support the launch of new products and enhancements through various communication channels, ensuring effective training and enablement resources are developed and delivered.

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with leadership to identify training needs and recommending programs for new hires and experienced employees.
  • Developing, planning, and delivering training to large audiences on sales and non-sales topics.
  • Preparing documentation for participants after training programs are completed.
  • Identifying subject matter experts, coordinating training program planning, and facilitating class delivery.
  • Monitoring and evaluating training programs, analyzing results, and implementing enhancements for effectiveness.
  • Reporting results and developing executive summaries at key intervals and at the conclusion of sales training initiatives.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to create internal sales enablement resources such as playbooks and fact sheets.
  • Managing and implementing process improvements for enterprise-wide sales communication and content repository.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering engaging and impactful enablement resources and training for sales audiences.
  • Solid business acumen and understanding of the sales process and B2B buying engagements.
  • Proficiency in the latest enablement trends, technologies, tactics, and methodologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and driven to produce results.
