About the position

The Sales Enablement Program Manager at Rocket Software plays a crucial role in enhancing sales performance and driving growth within the sales organization. This position involves leading and executing sales readiness programs, managing communications, and coordinating training and resources to ensure the sales team is well-prepared and aligned with business objectives. The role requires a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment, focusing on project management, data analysis, and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Manage internal and third-party programs, training sessions, and key strategic sales meetings.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to identify needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Create and execute various sales communications, including managing global team mailboxes and calendars.
  • Consolidate and analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for internal decision-making.
  • Be the key administrator for center of excellence tools including SharePoint, Smartsheet, and Survey Monkey.
  • Coordinate and support third-party vendors and partners, overseeing operational execution and managing procurement processes.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role within sales enablement, readiness, or center of excellence in a software or technical organization.
  • Strong understanding of a high-performance sales organization in a software or technical sales environment.
  • Proven track record of multi-tasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute tasks on time and within budget.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Smartsheet.
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Project or program management designations are a plus.
