About the position

The Sales Enablement Program Manager at Renaissance is responsible for providing the sales organization with the necessary learning, content, and resources to maximize growth and motivate success. This role involves collaborating with various teams to design and implement strategic enablement programs that align with business goals and enhance sales effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and delivery of sales enablement programs.
  • Partner with leadership and key cross-functional partners to identify business needs and design learning programs.
  • Build and manage scalable enablement programs and strategies.
  • Facilitate learning and readiness programming for the sales team.
  • Establish clear project plans defining strategic impact, scope, and success metrics.
  • Develop a systematic approach for prioritizing and deploying sales enablement content.
  • Create a culture of continuous improvement for program content and processes.
  • Identify opportunities for stronger collaboration across Revenue and Go-To-Market teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, program management, or learning and development in a high-performance sales organization.
  • Experience in a Sales or Business Development role is highly preferred.
  • Experience as a sales enablement facilitator with the ability to engage and inspire others.
  • Strong project management skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience with sales enablement tools optimization, preferably Highspot.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and the MEDDPICC Qualification Framework.
  • High degree of business acumen and understanding of sales cycles.
  • Collaborative with strong leadership skills for cross-functional project teams.
  • Experience with modern eLearning tools, web-based meeting tools, Salesforce, Outreach, and knowledge management tools.
