About the position

The Sales Enablement Program Manager at Moloco is responsible for developing and delivering learning programs that enhance the skills and performance of sales teams. This role focuses on building relationships with sales leaders, identifying knowledge gaps, and creating effective training initiatives tailored to the needs of the sales cycle. The ideal candidate is passionate about empowering sellers and committed to continuous improvement in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the development and delivery of learning programs for sales teams.
  • Build relationships with APAC regional sales leaders to identify knowledge gaps.
  • Train roles across the sales cycle, from new business to account management.
  • Design, facilitate, and measure the effectiveness of sales learning programs.
  • Develop relationships with subject matter experts across the organization.
  • Facilitate training virtually across different cultures and timezones.
  • Create a network of training vendors for localized APAC sales training needs.
  • Understand the digital advertising and performance marketing landscape.
  • Utilize past sales or account management experience to inform training design.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales learning & development, or sales program management.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and delivering engaging virtual learning environments.
  • Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience working with APAC markets.
  • Skilled at simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Expertise in facilitating sales-focused training sessions.
  • Proficient in developing comprehensive learning materials using adult learning principles.
  • Strong background in teaching and training adult learners.
  • Outstanding written, verbal communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and executive functioning skills.

  • Experience in digital advertising or ad tech industries.
  • Proven ability to solicit and apply feedback to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Experience managing end-to-end learning initiatives, including coordination and execution.
