Responsibilities

  • Manage internal and third-party programs, training sessions, and key strategic sales meetings.
  • Engage with stakeholders to identify needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Create and execute various sales communications, including managing global team mailboxes and calendars.
  • Consolidate and analyze data to identify trends and drive internal decision-making.
  • Administer tools such as SharePoint, Smartsheet, and Survey Monkey.
  • Coordinate and support third-party vendors and manage the procurement process.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement or a similar role in a software or technical organization.
  • Strong understanding of high-performance sales organizations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Smartsheet.
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and PowerPoint.
