About the position

The Sales Enablement Project Manager position is a critical role within our Business marketing team, located at 7201 West 54th Street, Overland Park, KS. This position is 100% onsite and is designed for a dynamic and experienced individual who will play a pivotal role in equipping our direct sales teams with the necessary information and assets to effectively follow up on leads generated from various marketing activities, including events and campaigns. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with campaign teams, field marketing, sales development, and event managers to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact of our sales and marketing efforts. This role will support multiple segments, including Enterprise, Government, and Partner Marketing. In this position, the Sales Enablement Project Manager will be responsible for leading management and follow-up processes, ensuring that the sales teams are equipped with comprehensive resources to engage with leads effectively. The role involves developing and implementing processes for tracking and managing lead follow-up, as well as SFDC account mapping post-event. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with marketing teams to communicate marketing programs and promotions to the sales teams, ensuring they are well-informed about current and upcoming initiatives. The role also requires strong cross-team collaboration, working closely with various teams to align sales enablement strategies with broader marketing and sales goals. Regular cross-team meetings will be facilitated to discuss ongoing and upcoming projects, ensuring alignment and collaboration. Furthermore, the Sales Enablement Project Manager will be responsible for content development and training, creating and maintaining a library of sales enablement content, including flyers, banners, ad templates, and pitch decks. Performance metrics and reporting are also key components of this role, as the candidate will monitor and analyze the performance of sales enablement initiatives, providing regular updates on the utilization of materials and using data-driven insights to continuously improve strategies and tactics.

Responsibilities

  • Equip direct sales teams with comprehensive information and resources needed to follow up on leads generated from events and other marketing activities.
  • Develop and implement processes for tracking and managing lead follow-up to ensure timely and effective engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to understand and disseminate information about marketing programs, promotions, and campaigns to the sales teams.
  • Ensure sales teams are well-informed about current and upcoming marketing initiatives and how they can leverage these in their sales efforts.
  • Work closely with campaign managers, field marketing, sales development teams, and event managers to align sales enablement strategies with broader marketing and sales goals.
  • Facilitate regular cross-team meetings to discuss ongoing and upcoming projects, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
  • Develop and deliver marketing assets to equip sales teams with the necessary resources to effectively sell for Business solutions.
  • Create and maintain a library of sales enablement content, including flyers, banners, ad templates, pitch decks.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of sales enablement initiatives, providing regular updates on utilization of materials.
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously improve sales enablement strategies and tactics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, project management, or a related role, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and executing sales enablement programs.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and marketing strategies.
  • Experience working with agencies to develop creative materials.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using SFDC.
