About the position

The Sales Enablement Project Manager at Pearson plays a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of the sales team by providing them with the necessary tools, processes, and content. This position involves collaboration with various departments, including sales, marketing, product, and IT, to implement and manage sales enablement tools, develop relevant content, and train the sales team on their effective use. Responsibilities

  • Work with sales and enablement leadership to develop, execute, optimize, and assess enablement program
  • Own project management of key sales enablement initiatives
  • Manage the use of sales enablement systems
  • Document requirements and define workflows
  • Build a trusted relationship with the sales team
  • Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Facilitate content creation and use with sales and marketing teams
  • Manage internal knowledge base
  • Report to management on project status and sales tool analytics
  • Conduct ongoing needs assessments and gather feedback on current program stack to inform planning

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a project manager
  • PMP certification (preferred)
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
  • Positive and proactive team player
  • Establishing metrics and tracking the impact of enablement initiatives on sales performance
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a variety of other departments
  • Experience with developing content for variety of purposes, including project communication, process documentation, and informational/sales content
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Experience (or interest) in sales and marketing
  • Experience with sales enablement tools like HighSpot, Seismic, and ShowPad (preferred)
  • Familiarity with instructional design (preferred)
