The Sales Enablement Representative position offers a unique opportunity to gain firsthand experience in the business side of sports sales operations, specifically for the San Antonio Spurs. This part-time role, requiring 29 hours per week, is seasonal with an expected end date in May 2025. The representative will work closely with the Sales Department, engaging in various aspects of daily sales operations, including game nights, sales events, marketing initiatives, community events, and general office duties that support Season Ticket Memberships, Group Sales, and Premium Sales. In this role, the Sales Enablement Representative will collaborate with Ticketing Directors and management, as well as other departments, to ensure alignment in strategy and processes. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, capable of coordinating activities across different teams, and will play a vital role in enhancing the overall sales experience for our clients and community.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Ticketing Department with game night duties including setting up sales tables and pregame events, meeting and escorting clients, and preparing sales collateral folders and incentive gifts.
  • Support game night sales representative communication and scheduling.
  • Create sales collateral using Digideck, including invites and graphics.
  • Assist with login issues related to various sales tools such as LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Converisca, and Zoominfo.
  • Handle inbound and outbound phone traffic related to ticketing issues.
  • Participate in brainstorming meetings for sales processes and events.
  • Assist with event planning and logistics.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Sports Management, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.).
  • Ticketing system experience is a plus.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to work efficiently and meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter, highly motivated individual who can work independently on multiple tasks.
  • Strong teamwork aptitude and customer service skills required.
  • Ability to adapt to changing projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Ability to carry/move/handle boxes up to 25 lbs.
