About the position

The Sales Enablement Senior Manager at DigiCert is a leadership role focused on empowering sales teams through the development and execution of high-impact enablement programs. This position involves collaborating with various teams to ensure that the sales force is equipped with the necessary knowledge, tools, and strategies to succeed, ultimately shaping the future of the sales organization.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a high-performing team of Enablement Managers.
  • Create comprehensive onboarding and ongoing enablement programs that address both global and regional needs.
  • Provide hands-on coaching to sellers and sales leaders to empower them to achieve their goals.
  • Partner closely with marketing, sales, SE, and other enablement teams to create a cohesive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.
  • Work in alignment with Global Vice Presidents (GVPs) to ensure enablement initiatives support regional and global sales strategies.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of impactful sales enablement content.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 7+ years in sales enablement or operations, with significant leadership and management experience.
  • Proven track record of mentoring both senior and junior team members.
  • Deep knowledge of modern onboarding and ongoing enablement programs, coupled with experience in solution selling.
  • Engaging presentation and coaching style with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of sales effectiveness and enablement tool stacks.
