About the position

The Sales Enablement Trainer II plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Product teams within PROS. This position is responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive sales training curriculum that empowers the commercial team, focusing on onboarding, continuous development, and the effective use of sales enablement tools. The role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure training effectiveness and alignment with business objectives, ultimately driving sales performance and success.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a comprehensive sales training curriculum focused on sales execution and excellence.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to ensure key learning objectives and training outcomes are achieved.
  • Support content creation, including case studies, sales simulations, and role-playing scenarios.
  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the curriculum meets expectations.
  • Measure the adoption and success of the curriculum through training KPIs and sales feedback.
  • Develop measurement models and diagnostic tools to identify sales performance indicators and training needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales and sales enablement functions, preferably in an enterprise SaaS company or emerging technology organization.
  • Proven ability to understand and communicate the value of complex software solutions in enterprise settings.
  • Proven track record in designing and executing sales enablement strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate concepts to multiple audiences.
  • Expertise in facilitating training sessions, workshops, and other educational forums.
  • Experience in designing learning programs, including onboarding curriculums, sales training, and skills development.
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong ability to partner with cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
