As part of our rapid growth, Axonius is seeking a Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Chicagoland area. In this role, you will serve as the primary technical contact for our customers, crafting strategic business cases that not only win customers over but also help them tackle their security challenges effectively. You will work closely with the sales team to conduct both in-person and remote product demonstrations, articulating the technical value of our products and driving successful outcomes for various programs. Your responsibilities will include leading the technical sales efforts throughout the pre-sales cycle. This involves owning the proofs-of-value (POV) results and ensuring their success, co-leading customer relationships alongside sales executives, and delivering technical demonstrations that highlight the capabilities of the Axonius platform. As a regional technical subject matter expert, you will continuously maintain your expertise in the Axonius platform and its integrations, providing essential pre-sales support to the assigned sales team through discovery meetings all the way to deal closure. Additionally, you will assist the sales team in developing and implementing sales objectives and account-based penetration strategies. Conducting thorough technical and competitive landscape research will be crucial in effectively addressing customer inquiries. You will also play a key role in educating sales executives and partners about Axonius products, the platform, and security principles, all while obsessively driving customer satisfaction to ensure a positive experience. This position is ideal for someone with a strong technical background in internet security principles and a passion for helping customers navigate their security challenges.
