About the position

The Sales Engineer at Stark Tech is responsible for engaging with existing and prospective accounts to align Siemens product and service offerings with facility infrastructure needs. This role focuses on providing design assistance, configuring product offerings, and setting pricing strategies for power distribution equipment. Success in this position is measured by achieving revenue and gross profit targets, as well as account management benchmarks.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with existing and prospective accounts to understand their facility infrastructure needs.
  • Provide design assistance for power distribution equipment.
  • Configure product offerings and set pricing strategies for new applications and existing equipment.
  • Achieve revenue and gross profit targets.
  • Manage accounts effectively to meet benchmarks.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of industry experience in power distribution.
  • Technical understanding of Electrical Power systems.
  • Capability to mentor and foster a healthy team environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Strong account management capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the market.
