As a Sales Engineer on the Focused Account Sales Team (FAST) at Motorola Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in delivering elite technical expertise and solutions to our existing and targeted Enterprise Accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to address complex challenges faced by these accounts, ensuring that the solutions you provide contribute to our mission of solving for safer environments. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge, customer engagement, and collaborative teamwork to effectively meet the needs of our clients. In this role, you will engage closely with Vertical Account Managers, providing technical solutions expertise to both internal teams and external stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to captivate audiences through world-class product demonstrations and compelling presentations tailored to both C-Level executives and frontline decision-makers. Your ability to communicate complex technical topics in an accessible manner will be crucial in building trust and rapport with clients. Your responsibilities will also include providing design consultation, which encompasses quoting, system design, best practice architectures, compliance vetting, and implementation guidance. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, acting as a technical thought leader in the industry. Participation in key consultative roadshows and events will further enhance your visibility and influence within the market. Collaboration is key in this role; you will work closely with various MSI sales and technical teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that leverage our ecosystem of products. Additionally, you will serve as a conduit for feedback from partners and customers to our product management and development teams, ensuring that our offerings remain aligned with market needs. To stay at the forefront of technology, you will proactively seek training opportunities to enhance your knowledge of MSI products, industry trends, and relevant certifications. This position will require travel, primarily within North America, with the expectation of over 50% travel, including potential limited international travel. You will also need to meet physical demands, such as the ability to lift 50lbs, as part of your responsibilities.
