About the position

In this position, you'll be a trusted advisor to prospective clients, leveraging your Paychex service expertise and consulting skills to address critical business challenges related to HR Compliance and HR Technology. The role focuses on enhancing sales performance by collaborating with sales professionals to identify and present tailored business solutions, ensuring client expectations align with Paychex's deliverable solutions. Additionally, you will support the Mid-Market sales organization with your knowledge of Paychex Flex and HR Solutions offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Increase sales performance by partnering with sales professionals to present Human Capital Management strategies and business solutions.
  • Understand prospective clients' business requirements and configure solutions to demonstrate Paychex's ability to solve client issues.
  • Utilize competitive knowledge and intelligence to differentiate Paychex solutions at an intermediate level.
  • Consult Major Market prospects on people, process, workflow, and operating procedures.
  • Respond creatively and quickly to challenging questions with sound business acumen.
  • Liaise with internal partners to deliver effective solution outcomes for clients.
  • Deliver compelling presentations that simplify complex subjects into clear messages.
  • Support the RFP/RFI response process and scripted demonstrations within your area of expertise.
  • Work effectively under pressure and develop technical competence in product/service offerings.
  • Learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science
  • 3 years of experience in related professional experience
  • A leading Industry HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or CPP) is preferred
