As a Sales Engineer Manager, you will be responsible for directly managing Sales Engineers for one of Zebra's largest key Retail accounts. Your role will involve attaining results within Zebra management policies and practices, with personal objectives typically defined as a “roll-up” of all sales resources reporting to you. You will be considered an excellent coach, helping others attain sales success, and will possess technical skills that far exceed the basic criteria listed. You will have a deep understanding of the product portfolio and know how to win relative to competition, teaching others the same. As with all management roles, you will embody the One Zebra philosophy ahead of personal achievements.
