In this role, you will execute local sales plans (short, mid, long term) in line with the SBU strategy to maintain and develop existing customers and acquire new ones. You will manage and close respective CRM tool (ACE) growth opportunities, execute pricing actions, and build and maintain relationships with customers and distributors. Additionally, you will provide input to your manager on customer needs, business trends, and competitive situations in your territory. Coordination with TCS to conduct line trials and resolve customer requests and complaints will also be part of your responsibilities. You will be expected to deliver KP OSG and PC % in your territory and at defined accounts, support and manage existing customers in the Metals SBU, and provide technical sales support while identifying business potential within accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Executes local sales plans (short, mid, long term) in line with SBU strategy to maintain and develop existing / acquire new customers.
  • Executes customer roadmap and manages / closes respective CRM tool (ACE) growth opportunities.
  • Executes pricing actions.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with customers and distributors.
  • Provides input to Manager on customer needs, business trends, competitive situations in territory.
  • Coordinates with TCS to conduct line trials / (re)solve customer requests and complaints.
  • Delivers KP OSG and PC % in territory / at defined account.
  • Supports and manages existing customers in the Metals SBU.
  • Provides technical sales support and identifies business potential within accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a chemical focus preferred.
  • In lieu of degree, will consider overall work history and experience.
  • Project Management background is preferred.
  • Technical sales focused.
  • Experience in Metal pretreatment preferred, areas of expertise in steel, aluminum, coatings, pretreatment.
  • Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
