About the position

The Sales Engineer at RLDatix plays a crucial role in supporting the Sales team by providing tailored presentations and deep product knowledge to prospective clients. This position focuses on enhancing the Provider Lifecycle Management pillar by demonstrating how the company's innovative Healthcare Operations Platform can be integrated into client organizations, ultimately aiming to improve care delivery and decision-making in healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Provide deep product knowledge to support pre-sales activities
  • Create custom configurations in the software to align the demo scripts provided by prospects as part of the bidding process
  • Maintain and update sales demo environments to ensure demos reflect new product features as well as industry trends and challenges
  • Assist in the development of technical proposals, technical questionnaires, and RFP responses to increase chances of winning opportunities
  • Provide feedback and insights to the product team to enhance products to better fit client needs

Requirements

  • Expertise in Provider Lifecycle Management solutions (e.g., credentialing, payer enrollment, provider contract management)
  • Knowledge of cloud-based solutions
  • Proven success in creatively solving a variety of problems
  • Ability to configure software to ensure demos align with customer needs
  • Sincere interest in staying updated on Provider Lifecycle Management trends and challenges
  • Ability to commute to either the Chicago or Charleston office a few days a week

Nice-to-haves

  • A knack for working collaboratively within a customer-focused environment
  • Ability to travel domestically to meet with prospective clients 15% of the time
