The Sales Engineer position focuses on selling computer numerical control (CNC) machines and tools, targeting manufacturing sectors. The role requires a self-starter with a strong background in outside sales, particularly in industrial machinery, to identify new prospects and engage with decision-makers in purchasing roles. The position offers unlimited earning potential through uncapped commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Make quality calls to identify new prospects.
• Contact company personnel with purchasing decision authority to sell CNC equipment.
• Sell various types of machinery including plasma cutters, electric discharge machining, wire EDM, sinker EDM, water jet cutters, machining centers, boring machines, turning centers, laser cutting systems, press brakes, shears, and robotics.
• Create presentations and acquire marketing materials to aid in upselling customers during facility visits.

Requirements

• 3+ years of outside sales experience.
• Experience selling CNC machines or similar industrial machinery.
